DeYiWei, with its full process adhesive printing service capability, can achieve full chain post-processing coverage from metal/ceramic powder pretreatment to high-precision adhesive spray molding and sintering.

By precise parameter control to ensure the density and dimensional stability of the green body, optimizing the sintering curve based on different material characteristics, and ultimately delivering finished parts with precision, performance, and consistency, one-stop additive manufacturing delivery is achieved. Printable materials include stainless steel (316L, 17-4PH, etc.), titanium alloys (TC4, etc.), refractory alloys (W, 93WNiFe, etc.), copper (Cu, Cu alloys, etc.), ceramics (SiC, Al2O3, ZrO2, etc.), and composite materials (SiC&Al, W&Cu, etc.).

Prepare

Use the simulation software Live Sinter to simulate the sintered model and import it into the printing device.

Print

After the powder spreading system lays the powder, the printing nozzle will put the Binder Jetting on the powder bed according to the printing data, and repeat this action layer by layer until the entire cylinder part is printed.

Clear powder

The printing process is completed and solidified, and the excess powder is removed in the powder cleaning station, and the excess powder is recycled through the screening recovery system.

Sintering

The green body after powder removal is placed in a vacuum furnace for batch sintering, and the parts finally form a density of up to 99%.
